This is a MUST because you are constantly moving around and you want something that is convenient and waterproof. With how how much changes our world has experienced recently, a travel size hand sanitizer is a must. A research by University of Nottingham shows that the bins in the airport have so much germs and a sanitizer or washing your hands is needed once you get across the security. Photocopy your documents
Sometimes you might face an awkward situation and be asked to prove your identity. Photocopying
Sunblock
This is an essential for everyone especially if they are the REEF Proof ones to help protect the waters. Typically black people think they do not need sublock, but that is false. Everyone should use sunblock to protect the skin from all the different UV exposures.
Bug spray
If there’s something you are going to experience when coming to Mexico, be aware that the mosquitoes are DANGEROUSSSSS (I am not even kidding). These things are out here on the streets trying to feast on peoplem just like it did when I initially visited Tulum. After further research, I found out that people with blood type O actually attract mosquitoes and for that reason need to have bug spray used regularly. After trying out a few, the REPEL Plant Based Lemon Eucalyptus, seemed to be the only one that actually works magic for me. Whatever you do, do not forget this.
Power Bank
With our world going more touchless and have become more techie, a power bank is a MUST. This can help you stay recharged while on the roads in Mexico or anywhere else in the world you are at. A good power bank is one that has a few usb ports and can keep you charged for a couple of days.
